You may think that you don’t have time to sleep, but you can’t afford to sacrifice your rest. Sleep helps you deal with stress in a basic, natural way. Without sleep, your anxiety will only worsen. If you find that you consistently have trouble sleeping due to stress, it’s time to talk to a doctor.
